在舊金山，所有煙火都是違法的。

舊金山警察局、消防局和緊急事務管理局提醒居民和遊客，所有煙火（包括標有「安全可靠」字樣的煙火）在舊金山都是非法的。

市政法典第1290條禁止燃放煙火。

“任何個人、商號、公司、法人團體或協會均不得在舊金山市及縣轄區內燃放任何種類或描述的煙火爆竹。但經消防局長和警察局長共同書面同意，可以舉行公開的煙火表演。”

關於煙火的重要警告：

每年有超過12,000人因煙火爆竹受傷，其中一半是兒童，需要在醫院急診室接受治療。持有火箭、瓶式火箭、羅馬蠟燭、空中禮花彈、鞭炮以及其他會爆炸、升空或在地面上不受控制移動的煙火爆竹，都可能導致被傳訊或逮捕。
超過25%的煙火爆竹傷者是無辜的旁觀者。
像仙女棒這樣簡單的東西，燃燒溫度也能高達1800度！這溫度足以熔化黃金。
煙火事故每年造成數百萬美元的財產損失，包括威脅房屋和整個社區的植被火災。

San Francisco’s public safety partners strongly urge San Franciscans to keep themselves and their neighborhoods safe this year. “If you see something, say something.” In San Francisco, report illegal fireworks only if you see the person lighting them, can describe them, and can give an exact location or address, by calling the SFPD non-emergency line at 1-415-553-0123 (opens in a new window).

Information on Response to Emergencies:

Public safety agencies prioritize all 911 and non-emergency calls based on the severity of the incident. During holidays when fireworks are prevalent, public safety dispatchers must triage calls to determine the appropriate response with available resources. The police department may not be able to respond to every firework-related call unless fires or injuries are involved.

San Francisco’s Independence Day Fireworks Display:

The City and County of San Francisco are holding an Independence Day fireworks show along the San Francisco waterfront on Sunday, July 4, 2022, starting at 9:30 p.m. You can watch fireworks from vantage points along San Francisco’s waterfront. Note: Due to COVID-19, there are no City-sponsored festivals or gatherings this July 4th, and the State of California strongly recommends that anyone planning to attend the Fourth of July fireworks be fully vaccinated, obtain a negative COVID-19 test prior to attending the event, or wear a face covering.

In the interest of public safety, Treasure Island Development Authority strongly discourages the public from visiting Treasure Island on July 4th, 2022, due to ongoing construction activities related to the Treasure Island Development Project.
